We strive for you to be fully satisfied with your purchase. If for any reason you are not, you may request an exchange or refund within 30 days of delivery.
Conditions for Return:
- Items must be returned in new, unworn condition with all original tags and packaging intact.
- For hygiene, please wear your own lingerie when trying on items such as briefs and thongs. We cannot accept returns on hosiery that has been opened or where seals are broken.
How to Return or Exchange:
- Register Your Return in the portal.
- Select Items you wish to return, indicating if you prefer a refund, exchange, or store credit in the form.
- Submit return request
- Use the provided courier label (shipping cost deducted from your refund) or arrange your own return.
- Package Your Return with the items in required condition.
- Keep Your Tracking Number for your records.
Return Shipping Fees:
- If using our label, the cost will be deducted from your refund:
- $9 for returns within the contiguous U.S. (excluding Alaska, Hawaii, Puerto Rico, and other U.S. territories)
- $12 for returns from Alaska, Hawaii, Puerto Rico, and other U.S. territories
- $40 for international customers
Refunds, Exchanges, & Store Credit:
- Once received, our team will inspect and process your return within 5 business days.
- Refunds or credit notes will be issued if items meet return criteria.
- Exchanges for size or style are subject to stock availability. If unavailable, you may request a refund or credit note valid for 6 months.
- Damaged or Worn Items: Returns not meeting condition criteria may impact your refund.
- Tracking Your Return: We recommend recording your tracking number if using an alternative courier service.
- Hosiery Items: Returns are accepted only if unopened.
