How Much is Shipping?
- Free Standard Ground Shipping: We offer complimentary standard ground shipping on select U.S. orders over $100 USD.
- Free Express International Shipping: For international orders over $300 USD, express shipping is free.

How Fast is Shipping in the U.S.?
Most orders ship within 2-5 business days from our New York warehouse, pending item availability and credit verification. Once shipped, U.S. orders typically arrive within 2-12 business days, depending on the shipping method selected. Please allow an additional 10-14 business days for processing during sale periods.
- Expedited Shipping: If you need your order sooner, you can select expedited shipping at checkout for an additional fee. Orders with expedited shipping will be processed the same day if placed before our cut-off time of 12 PM PST. Additional shipping charges are nonrefundable.
- Weekend & Holiday Processing: We do not process or ship orders on weekends or U.S. holidays, and we currently do not offer weekend delivery.
- Shipping Delays: Sofitlé is not responsible for delays due to local disruptions, weather conditions, or other external factors. We will keep you informed of any updates regarding your shipment.
Back-Order Notifications
If an item in your order is temporarily out of stock, we will contact you with an estimated alternative delivery time. You will have the option to confirm, modify, or cancel your order as needed.
